Discovery Consultation – A consultation is a time for us to meet and talk about your project. We talk about your ideas, your budget and look around your home/business. This meeting is to see if you think you would like to work with us.
Schematic Design – This phase begins after there is an agreement to proceed. Lisa will provide 2 designs that would meet all of the requirements of the project. These ideas are refined after your review. At this point we pause for a budget analysis to see how much the cost would be to build the proposed idea.
Construction Documents – This is a set of drawings that the contractor will use to bid the project and construct it. The set usually includes floor plans, a roof plan, exterior elevations, a site plan, wall sections and structural calculations, if required.
Pre-Purchase Evaluation – Many owners want to buy a house and modify it to fit their needs. I can meet with a client at the house to confirm the that their ideas will work or suggest a solution.
Master Planning – Not everyone can afford to do an entire project at one time. A great option is to design every part of it and then break it up into smaller segments that can be done separately at a later time.
See it for real – 3D modeling – Some of our clients need a little help imagining the finished design. We can help with a simple 3-dimensional model that I construct on the computer. We can look at the house from all angles.
Finish Selection – Many of my owners know just what they want for counter tops, cabinets and wall color. For others, all of these decisions can be a bit overwhelming. I can take care of all of the selections for you.
Additions and Renovations – We can handle anything from start to finish, ranging from adding a deck to doubling your living space to and entire home renovation.
