They started Dreams 2 Reality after watching too many homeowners get stuck between two contracts: a designer drawing things the builder couldn't build, and a builder pointing at drawings the designer wouldn't change. At Dreams 2 Reality, the person who draws your plans and the person who builds them eat dinner at the same table.

Lisa holds an architecture degree from Iowa State University and brings 20+ years of professional experience across residential and commercial projects. Her focus today: home renovations and custom design that start with how you actually live.

Marlin has spent more than 20 years in remodeling. He's a talented trim carpenter, knowledgeable in framing, and known for tracking down house problems and fixing them.
You'll meet Marlin early. He and Lisa run every Discovery Meeting together, so the person who reads your house on day one is on your project to the end.

The amount agreed to in the contract is the amount you pay. We build within the budget we agreed to.
