DESIGN
Discovery Consultation – A consultation is a time for us to meet and talk about your project. We talk about your ideas, your budget and look around your home/business. This meeting is to see if you think you would like to work with us.

Schematic Design – This phase begins after there is an agreement to proceed. Lisa will provide 2 designs that meet all of the requirements of the project. These ideas are refined after your review.

Construction Documents – This is a set of drawings that we will use to bid the project and build it. The set usually includes floor plans, a roof plan, exterior elevations, a site plan, wall sections and structural calculations, if required.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Pre-Purchase Evaluation – Many owners want to buy a house and modify it to fit their needs. We can meet with a client at the house to confirm that their ideas will work or suggest an alternate solution.

Master Planning – Not everyone can afford to do an entire project at one time. A great option is to design every part of it and then break it up into smaller segments that can be done separately at a later time.

See it for real – 3D modeling – We provide 3D views of your project to help with imagining the finished design. We can look at your home from all angles.
​
Finish Selection – Many of our clients know just what they want for counter tops, cabinets and wall color. For others, these decisions can be a bit overwhelming. We can help guide you through these decisions together.
