Rob Rubsam represents the “Reality” part of our team. He is the one who takes the design and makes it come alive. He has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His experience includes renovation of existing homes, custom home building and commercial construction. From his time in the field he knows the value of quality construction, integrity and treating the customer fairly.
He has been in all parts of the industry including siding, roofing, framing, window and door installation, egress windows, decks, bathroom and kitchen remodeling and much more.

BUDGET
The amount that is agreed to by signing the contract is the amount you will pay. We strive to perform our projects within budget constraints we have agreed to.
TIMELY SERVICE
It is important to us that we complete your project on or before the date agreed upon. Rob will provide a timeline for each client at the beginning of each project that shows when each trade will be doing their portion of the work. This schedule is not set in stone, but it is very helpful to plan when to be home or when to have certain selections made. Our goal is to be in and out of your home in a timely manner. There will not be large gaps where no one will be working at your home.
COMMUNICATION
Rob will be on site each day to supervise your project and will update you daily by phone or email on work completed and what to expect each week.
