Exterior Transformation

Do you love where you live but not how you feel when you pull into the driveway? We can help you update the exterior of your home. Our team was challenged to change this diamond in the rough into the gem the owners knew it was.

This is the home we started with. A modern home with a lot of potential that had not been updated for a long time.

The design included removing the thin section of roof at the front of the entry courtyard. (on the right of picture above)

Another change was replacing the white windows with black units and replacing the front door. (it will be painted black) The lighting at the front door was updated for a modern look.

We also added glass to the wall behind the front door so the view when you enter is of the wooded property beyond.

The garage door went from solid white to a sleek glass model with black trim, the soffit from painted white to a stained cedar.

We also changed the color of the home from a red to a blue/gray. We also used stained cedar around the front door to add some warmth to the front elevation. The retaining wall was replaced and moved to create additional space at the front entry with a modern concrete look.

Let's look at where we started...

The After

This is the after! A clean modern home with increased curb appeal. The owners contacted us not long after this project was complete to let us know a realtor stopped by to ask if they were wanting to sell, because she had a buyer.
